In force from 19 September 2026.
This page describes what information the dworbysina.pl website collects while it is being browsed. The rules for processing guests’ data in connection with reservations and stays are described on the Privacy and GDPR page.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is Dwór Bysina, Łukasz Domanus, Bysina 335, 32-400 Myślenice. For privacy matters, please contact: kontakt@dworbysina.pl, tel. 453 620 820.
Cookies
We do not use advertising, marketing or analytical cookies, and we do not track you on other websites. The website may only save one essential cookie:
- cookie_notice_accepted – remembers that you have closed the cookie notice, so that it is not shown again. It is valid for one month.
For persons logging in to the WordPress administration panel, the website saves its own login cookies. This does not apply to guests browsing the website.
Cookies can be deleted or blocked at any time in your browser settings. The website will function correctly without them as well.
Visit statistics
In order to know which pages are read and where guests come from, we count anonymous visit statistics using two tools running solely on our own servers: Koko Analytics (on the website’s server) and Umami (on our server in the Hetzner data centre in the European Union, at stats.domanus.pl). The statistics:
- do not use cookies and do not save anything on your device,
- do not save the IP address; to recognise a repeat visit, the server creates an anonymous hash from the browser’s technical data and a random key that is changed regularly, so it is not possible to determine who you are on this basis,
- cover the number of visits, the subpages viewed, the date, the address of the page from which you arrived, and general technical data (device type, browser, operating system, country determined from the IP address, which is not saved),
- are not disclosed to anyone or combined with other data,
- are not collected if the „Do Not Track” option is enabled in the browser (applies to Umami),
- are stored in aggregate form for 36 months.
The basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
External services
- Online booking (BedBooking). The availability calendar and booking form are provided by the BedBooking system (bed-booking.com). On pages with the calendar, your browser connects to BedBooking’s servers and to Google Fonts (fonts used by the calendar), which receive your IP address for this purpose. Data entered in the booking form is processed in the BedBooking system in order to handle the reservation.
- Google Maps. The map on the Contact page only loads after you click the „Show map” button. Google may then save its own cookies – the rules are described in Google’s privacy policy.
- Facebook, Booking.com and other links. Links to other services are ordinary links; these services are not loaded on our website. Once clicked, the rules of the relevant service apply.
Server logs
The hosting server (dhosting.pl) saves technical request logs – including the IP address, date, subpage address and browser type – in order to ensure security and detect abuse. The logs are stored for a period determined by the hosting provider and are not used by us to analyse traffic.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased, or its processing restricted, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
Changes
We inform you of changes to this policy by updating this page and the date at its beginning.
