Information concerning the processing of personal data at Dwór Bysina

Depending on the consents given and existing legal obligations, the data provided will be processed by the Controller on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a, b) c) and f) GDPR, in particular for the purpose of:
a. handling enquiries submitted, booking a hotel room and/or a catering service
b. performance of a hotel and/or catering agreement.
c. marketing of the hotel and/or catering services of the personal data controller – subject to obtaining the consent of the data subject;
d. ensuring the safety of persons and property located in the hotel and restaurant through the use of video surveillance.
e. Furthermore, the purpose of the processing of personal data by Dwór Bysina is: pursuing any claims by the Hotel in connection with damage caused by a guest and suffered by Dwór Bysina, or protection against claims by a guest against Dwór Bysina. Documenting the performance of the service for tax purposes, and ensuring the highest quality of services for hotel guests. - How long will personal data be processed?
a. relating to enquiries submitted – in accordance with the applicable legal provision
b. relating to reservations – in accordance with the applicable legal provision
c. Data obtained in connection with a concluded hotel services agreement will be processed for the limitation period of tax claims or civil-law claims of the Hotel or the guest, depending on whichever of these events occurs later.
d. processed for marketing purposes – until the consent of the data subject is withdrawn or until the business reason ceases to exist;
e. in video surveillance systems – for 30 days. - To whom may personal data be disclosed?
a. Entities authorised under the provisions of law,
b. Entities authorised by the Controller solely in the Controller’s interest and on its behalf, on the basis of a concluded agreement and within the limits specified therein, in particular external service providers
c. Other entities on the basis of your explicitly given consent. - What are the guest’s rights in connection with the processing of personal data? You have the right to access your data, to correct it or have it transferred, as well as to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes, to request the erasure of data or the restriction of its processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out on the basis of that consent before the date of its withdrawal.
- Is it possible to lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of personal data? You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
- Is the provision of personal data a contractual or statutory requirement?
The provision of personal data is voluntary, however refusal to provide the data may result in:
a. refusal to perform the hotel and/or catering service – in the case of data processed for the purpose of concluding a service agreement;
b. refusal to perform the service – in the case of a room reservation or other services provided by the hotel; - Are any automated decisions made on the basis of personal data, including profiling?
