These House Rules set out the terms of the services provided, liability, and the rules for staying on the premises of Dwór Bysina. They form an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying the deposit or the full amount due for the stay at Dwór Bysina. By performing any of these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of these House Rules. HOUSE RULES
- Rooms at Dwór Bysina are rented by the night.
- A night runs from 3 pm to 11 am the following day.
- We kindly ask you to observe night quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am; night quiet hours may be lifted when an organised event is taking place in the building (e.g. business meetings, team-building events, barbecues, weddings).
- When renting a room, the Guest specifies the duration of their stay; if no such duration is specified, the room is deemed to have been rented for one night.
- Extending the stay beyond the period agreed on the day of arrival. The Guest should notify the guest house in person or by telephone of an extension of the stay beyond 11 am. Extending the stay beyond 11:30 am, or leaving belongings in the room after that time, results in a charge for the next night.
- The guest house is obliged to ensure:
– conditions for the Guest’s full rest,
– the performance of activities related to cleaning the room after a long rental period, or repairing equipment during the Guest’s absence, or in their presence if they so wish. - The guest house is obliged to:
– respond promptly to comments and complaints regarding the level of service, the functioning of equipment, and cleanliness and order in the guest house,
– provide deposit services free of charge. - The guest house is not liable for the loss of or damage to valuables and cash brought onto the premises of the guest house by the Guest, unless such items have been placed in deposit.
- Visitors are requested to leave the guest house by 8 pm.
- The Guest has no right to hand over the room to other persons, even if the period for which they have paid the relevant fee has not yet elapsed.
- When leaving the room at Dwór Bysina, the room door key should be handed to the owners, or, following prior arrangement with the owners, left in the door.
- The Guest bears financial liability for any kind of damage to or destruction of the guest house’s fixtures, fittings and technical equipment caused through their own fault or that of visitors to the Guest, including damage to which they may have contributed.
- Guests arrange their own meals.
- Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited; breaching these house rules carries a financial penalty of PLN 500 (the penalty covers the cost of taking the room out of use, ozonation, and washing the walls and furnishings.
- Children under the age of 12 should remain on the premises of the guest house under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians bear financial liability for any damage caused as a result of the children’s actions.
- The guest house is entitled to a statutory lien over items brought by the Guest onto the premises of the guest house in the event of a delay in settling payment for the stay or non-payment of amounts due for services rendered.
- The person renting the room is prohibited from: smoking cigarettes or tobacco, using spirit stoves, petrol or gas cookers ,and electric heaters in the guest rooms .As well as other heat sources not constituting permanent fixtures of the room.
- The person renting the room is required to comply with occupational health and safety and fire regulations, and to comply with the owners’ requests as the situation requires.
- Persons violating these house rules will be required to leave the building without a refund of costs
- Towards the reservation, a deposit must be paid into the bank account of at least 50%; in high season the deposit may amount to up to 100% of the anticipated cost of the stay. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the reservation.
- Making payment is a condition for the reservation to be carried out, of which the Service Recipient is informed.
a. The reservation is deemed to have been made only after payment of the prepayment (deposit) in the amount set by the Service Provider. The amount of the prepayment is specified in the terms of the price offer.
b. The Service Recipient reserving overnight accommodation may pay the amount due as a non-refundable prepayment (non-refundable deposit), referred to above, by bank transfer, e-transfer, or cash
c. The non-refundable prepayment (non-refundable deposit) should be paid within the time limit specified in the correspondence - In the case of cash payment, the amount due for the stay is paid in advance. In such a situation, the form of a „non-refundable prepayment” also applies. All deposits and payments made after check-in are non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the stay or its shortening.
