Your stay and rooms
Where exactly is Dwór Bysina located?
In Bysina, at Bysina 335, 32-400 Myślenice – 5 km from the centre of Myślenice and 36 km (approx. 45 minutes by car) from the Main Market Square in Kraków. Map and directions.
How many rooms are there, and for how many people?
We have 5 rooms, each with a private bathroom: double rooms, a twin room with two single beds, and an apartment. Each room is for 2 people. Photos of the rooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm – please let us know your expected arrival time. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Is breakfast or catering available?
We do not serve meals; catering is up to guests themselves. Guests have access to a shared kitchen with a fridge, kettle, microwave, dishes and cutlery.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available on site, suitable for larger vehicles too.
Is there internet access?
Yes, free fast WiFi on a fibre-optic connection.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
Do you accept guests with children?
Yes, children are welcome. We do not have cots or extra beds. Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult on the premises.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. Under our house rules, smoking in a room incurs a charge of 500 PLN to cover the cost of ozone treatment and cleaning.
What are the quiet hours?
From 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. We ask visitors to guests to leave the premises by 8:00 pm.
Do you speak English?
Yes, and for our international guests we also have an English-language website.
Booking and payments
How do I book a room?
The easiest way is through the booking calendar on our website – it shows available rooms for your chosen dates. You can also call, email, or book through Booking.com.
How much does a night cost?
The price depends on the dates, length of stay and number of guests. Current prices are shown in the booking calendar.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes, for longer stays, for example for employees on business trips, we offer a discount. Please contact us by phone or email and we will prepare an offer.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we are a registered company and issue VAT invoices for both business and leisure stays.
What is the deposit, and is it refundable?
A deposit of at least 50% of the stay price confirms the booking, rising to up to 100% in high season. It can be paid by bank transfer or in cash. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. Details in our house rules.
How can I check that the deposit account number is genuine?
Our account is listed on the Polish Ministry of Finance’s white list of VAT taxpayers – you can check it there before making a transfer. If anyone gives you a different account number, please call: 453 620 820. Bank transfer details.

Public transport to Bysina is limited, so we recommend arriving by car.
